I got a phone call from BA about my lost baggage. He said "We're very sorry, but it seems your baggage didn't arrived in Tokyo today. Please understand this........" I am not in a rush to get it back, but wondering what's the point he called me? I'm thankful to him for letting me know about a status of my lost baggage, however he is not sure yet when it will arrive and where it is in fact. I'm quite understanding, so I just said "OK".
I suppose he will give me a call tomorrow again, probably every day till my baggage is discovered. I hope he will tell me progress of status next time, if not, I might be barking at him;-)
