Tsukimi -The moon viewing

This is one of Japanese culuter "Tsukimi".
According to a book I found out for an explanation of Tsukimi, "A festival held at full moon in September (August 15 by the lunar calendar) to enjoy viewing the full moon and to celebrate the harvest. The seven flowers of autumn, and eulali, tsukimi dango and vegetables are displayed." (tsukimi dango is seen at the center of an attached pic.)

For more inforamtion, please search by yahoo or google with some keywords like "tsukimi" or "dango" or something.
Sorry I'm too lazy to tell you about it here :-)
